When you recall your 2023 small groups, do you have any feedback on how that experience would inform how to optimize your 2025 small groups?

How are you feeling about being a facilitator? What kind of support would make you feel confident about being successful? Would you be interested in helping design group exercises for a session? What other opportunities are you hoping for?

If you had a crystal ball that allowed you to foresee the most interesting group dynamic, what kind of small group would you envision leading? What shared interests would make for an interesting dynamic? We might not be able to give you what you want exactly, but we’ll be considering many perspectives in the composition of the groups.

As the 10 sessions form the core of your practicum, we are expecting full participation. If you anticipate needing to miss any sessions, please let us know in advance. Do you foresee any challenges that might prevent you from leading all 10 sessions?

What do you think your natural strengths as a facilitator will be? Where do you think you could grow? For example: I feel very strong in guiding a meditation practice, and I am hoping to get better at skillfully answering questions about practice.
