All live classes and sessions are scheduled in Mountain Time (MT). Be sure to adjust for your local time zone if you’re joining from outside MT.

Introduction to Planetary Dharma is a three-day course. Each day follows the same schedule:
Morning session 1: 7:00-8:30 am MT
Break: 8:30-8:50 am MT
Morning session 2: 8:50-10:30 am MT
Meal Break: 10:30-11:50 am MT
Afternoon Session 1: 11:50-1:20 pm MT
Break: 1:20-1:40 pm MT
Afternoon session 2: 1:40-3:00pm MT

To preserve the integrity of the training space, all participants must be registered and paid for the course (no stowaways). We kindly ask that each student maintains a private and focused learning environment.

Students in the Americas and Europe meet together for live sessions, as their time zones align conveniently. For those in Oceana, we offer a group replay class led by senior students immediately after the live sessions.
John and Nicole will join the group for the first hour each day, providing live teachings and guidance. They’ll return later in the day for a live Q&A session, creating a space for direct engagement and deeper exploration.
Oceana facilitators foster a supportive environment, guiding group work and discussions to keep everyone connected and engaged. This structure ensures a cohesive, enriching experience for students worldwide - and it is the schedule we use for our longer Level 1: Foundations of Planetary Dharma course.
